How it Works
- Planning & Kick-off
We’ll hold a 60 minute planning meeting to discuss the list of available design elements and scope of your website project. Based on the discussion we’ll agree to the scope, milestones and deliverables. If you haven’t already done, so you’ll need to choose your domain name. Pay half the cost up front and we kick the project in gear.
- Website Build
We’ll get your WordPress Personal Subscription setup with your DNS domain name. I’ll design your site based on our planning and any other documentation you have. Your site will quickly come up formatted, clean, professional and ready for publication.
Your WordPress website will be built on the UpsideNowBasic Theme. UpsideNowBasic is a certified WordPress block theme created to provide a framework to help professional services business owners quickly create a high-performance website. Your site will be completely customized with you own logos, colors, font choices, graphics and design elements. It will be one-of-a-kind and will uniquely reflect your brand image. The best part is it is flexible, easy to manage, update or refresh.
I created the UpsideNowBasic theme to enable a first-rate professional website as quickly and easily as possible. I avoided plugins or over-complicated designs. - Review & Edit
We can sit together and nit pick the details. Based on the meeting notes, I’ll do appropriate edits and updates. The website build package includes up to two rounds of live reviews and edits.
- Final Approval and Go-Live
We’ll hold a final review for any last minute touch-ups. At this point once final payment is made we go live!
- Google SEO Performance Metrics + Zap Security Scan
Once your site is live, I will perform Google SEO metrics testing as well as run a zap security scan to make sure any critical assets (e.g. user passwords, APIs) are not unnecessarily exposed. Any issues found will be fixed free of charge.

Setting Up Your site takes a few days to a few weeks depending on your content readiness and level of customizations.
No, you do not need a long term contract. I can build the site and turn it over to you and your team to manage. If it makes sense, you can retain my services on a monthly maintenance contract or hire services individually as needed. My goal is to team with you on our mutual success not to lock you into a long-term contract or sell you stuff you don’t need.
